Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 1. Appointment Cancellation Policy We understand that plans change. To serve all clients fairly and efficiently, we ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines: • Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no charge. • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a $50 fee or 25% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater. 2. Same-Day Cancellations For same-day appointments, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. 3. Waitlist Policy Can’t find an available slot? Join our waitlist! • You can request to be added to our waitlist for earlier openings. • If a spot opens, we’ll notify waitlisted clients in the order of their request. • Reply within 1 hour to confirm the offered slot—after that, we may offer it to the next person in line. 4.
